1 ½ oz Bolden Vodka
½ oz Peychauds Aperitivo
¼ oz Bittermens Citron Sauvage
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz fresh squeeze lemon juice
Egg white
Dry shake the egg white with a splash of lemon juice and simple syrup in a tin to emulsify the egg white. Add remaining ingredients, add ice and shake vigorously for at least one minute. After tin becomes frosty, strain into a chilled couple glass and garnish with a spritz of Peychauds bitters (optional).
